I like how they always try to adapt their solutions in order that it will suit our needs, also when there is no solution then they create one together with us so as not just leave you alone but help you out too! Sometimes could be better if some of your data was more detailed (i mean all those columns), sometimes i find them slow or lackadaisical at times.

But this can happen every time since its such big organization where people need training before being able to use these tools well enoughtly. And thats why its good because even though things dont go smoothly from beginning till end still helps alot knowing what shouldnt have been done differently.
