I'm giving five stars because of the customer service and great shipping! First I ordered a dark gold chain, then I decided to return it, just as they handed the goods over to the app, they refunded the money straight away. I then re-ordered the gold chain shown in the attached photo. Delivery was very fast - both only took two days (maybe because I have an Amazon Prime account, but still very fast). However, both dark and light gold do not match YSL, Gucci or Versace bags, the quality is excellent: only heavy and the design is exactly the same as a real YSL chain; The only problem is the color, much lighter than the real chain. Just make sure your bags don't have a gold buckle on the outside, then everything will be fine. Hope this helps girls :)
