Used Skype and Zoom for business. They are, in fact, failing to achieve that. After 5 minutes into the call, both parties experience severe audio distortion, making it impossible to have a meaningful conversation. Nothing I did, on two different laptops, via two different messengers, or over the phone yielded any results. When listening to music, however, both headphones continue to function normally even after several hours of use. It's bothersome that, out of the thousands of headphones available, they get the highest rating. While many pairs of truly wireless headphones have connection issues and don't perform effectively when used individually, we didn't find many instances of this in our reviews. When used solely for music enjoyment, they perform admirably; however, making calls that last more than a few minutes is difficult, regardless of whether you use the right ear or the left, or both.
