The included USB-C/Lightning adapter broke right after connecting to the phone. Since the $59 Bluetooth accessory was not included, I am unable to activate this device as the manual only lists two ways to activate the device - via Lightning or Bluetooth. DJI should include a USBC to Lightning cable which I think will fix the issue. I now have a $400 paperweight with a 'device not activated' message flashing on it. TO UPDATE. After purchasing the USBC to Lightning cable separately I was able to activate it and after a few months of use it has definitely taken its place in my video toolbox. The video quality is very good for a handheld device. It's inconvenient to use with a phone, but great if you don't want to carry around a bulky DSLR. Only 4 stars because there are a few points that could be improved such as: B. the ability to smoothly move the lens up or down during recording. It's hard to beat someone who shoves something inconspicuous in their pocket at the last minute before heading out the door on vacation.
