This is a great bath toy.

This is a great bath toy. I read many reviews to confirm if this version opens for easier drainage, so let me confirm for you: YES, this version opens! The top yellow handle is easy to open. (I should make it clear that this is easy for adults - my one-year-old doesn't accidentally open it while playing, which is nice. Just the right amount of resistance.) We love green toys - especially bath toys as they're dishwasher safe if you accidentally leave them with water or it becomes unsightly. Made in the USA from food grade plastic that I love about my kid putting everything in their mouths.
