Review on 🍕 Italia Artisan Pizza Oven by Camp Chef by Allen Hart

This is a fairly bulky and heavy addition to the Camp Chef range. Before using it, I added metal drawer handles on either side of the pizza oven for easy lifting and removal from the burners and storage. I've made about 10 pizzas and am still learning how to make pizza on it, so there was a lot of burnt crust on the stone that I had to scrape off. I'll probably make a different arrangement that allows the stone to be removed more easily than the four small screws and two clamps that hold it in place so I can more easily remove the stone to clean off the burned dirt. There are several ventilation holes under the stone, and inside the top is a separate metal insert for even heat distribution. The company this was purchased from may be a division of Camp Chef as the address is close to Camp Chef's home address but the price was lower than direct from Camp Chef.
