I like how easy it is to use, and how many different ways there are for you to create your own channel. It's not as user friendly as some other platforms in the market, but it does have a lot of great features. The support team is very helpful when you need them. Sometimes they can be slow to respond, but once you get their attention, they are quick to help. They also do an excellent job with keeping up to date with new products and services offered by the company. We started using Viostream because we needed a way to stream our events live to people who could not attend. This has helped us reach thousands of people who otherwise would not have been able to see our event.
