Game changer. No more rusting problems, looks metallic and stylish, unlike regular plastic hooks, 2-way hooks make it easy to install curtains and linings and slide just as well as metal hooks. I've always had issues with metal grates, so every few weeks I rubbed anti-corrosion oil on the rod and shower hooks. Couldn't find a plastic pole cap, pole or hook that looked good so I just ever dealt with replacing rusty poles and hooks, what a waste of money and time! I've finally found something permanent. In fact, they are so light that when I ordered a different color I received an empty pack; from amazon machine I guess? So I got a refund and ordered another one for my other shower, I'm that impressed! I can see where weight would be an issue if you have ultra light curtains and liners because if you move them and your rod isn't smooth it will vibrate/hit bumps and fall without the heavy weight of the curtain counteracting it. Surprisingly that hasn't happened yet, but that's probably because my liner and curtain are a bit heavier than a cheap featherweight pair and my stem is smooth. That would be the only downside I can think of, but luckily it wasn't a problem, so I'm so glad I stumbled across these game-changing hooks!
