This is great. They fit snugly in my vise and do what they're supposed to do - provide a scratch-resistant vise grip surface. The magnets are strong enough. As with all non-bolted vise jaw covers, care must be taken to clamp the part so that the force is symmetrical and far enough in the jaws or the cover will move and lose grip. I have a master vise. I would buy them again.
