nice kettle. This is a ceramic teapot, not a piece of plastic. Being tossed around is not the right thing to do. A real kettle lid requires a finger on the top of the lid when pouring. You should not overfill the kettle and this kettle comes with instructions. I love this teapot and would love to give it to any tea lover π
