Ideal for repairing 78rpm albums
This did a great job of repairing old 1940's 78rpm albums (which look like large photo albums made for the storage of several shellac records). The strap's color and texture matches the original album covers well, it's flexible enough to conform to the edges of the album spine, and holds up well even after repeated opening and closing. And most importantly, it's acid-free, archival quality, so it won't degrade and react over time. My only suggestion would be to suggest a 1/2" size for minor repairs to avoid having to use a utility to cut the tape to length. Knife,
