Usually a big fan of Thermaltake products but this one was disappointing. My previous case was a Core G21 and loved it, but the new motherboard pins blocked the SSD mounts. Also, I've used Commander Snow on my girlfriend's PC as well as her Water 3.0 AIO liquid cooler and her Riing fans and they're all great. The biggest complaint and deal breaker were the motherboard rack stands. They weren't tightened properly and none of the included screws fit. I've double-checked the manual to make sure I'm using the correct screws and even googled the standard motherboard screws to be sure, even though I've been building PCs for 20 years. The only screw I could get in broke under torque from a hand screwdriver. I was trying to replace one of my old struts from another machine and the strut hole on it fell off on its own and I barely screwed it in without even tightening it with my fingers. Wanted to exchange but ended up just asking for a refund as I didn't want to risk it again and Revain didn't refund the difference as I paid $110 and it went down to $76 the day the refund was processed. Instead, I bought a Corsair iCue ATX 465x from Best Buy.
