This is a great and easy way to install and align the router table insert. I have found that the easiest way to use them is to lay the table face down on a flat surface after marking the hole. After lowering the insert panel into the hole, secure/align each corner and then tighten the alignment screws until they just touch the back of the panel. Of course, this assumes the table itself is flat - check that first! Now simply turn the table over and attach the plate to the levelers. I was always a bit concerned about the possibility of the phenolic sheet bending, so while I still had the aligners and insert sheet in place, I added a quarter circle on each side of the cutout as a precaution rather than a necessity.
