I find Fresh Waters an attractive light scent that reminds me of Lily of the Valley. I turn the heating knob about 1/2 and the bottle lasts two to three weeks. I discovered something strange. I use them in two different rooms and one of the outlets makes the warmer a lot hotter. I tested this by switching the heaters between the two rooms so I knew it was the outlets and not the heaters. The unit lasts two weeks in one room and three weeks in the other room. This may help explain why some people have experienced heaters that get hot enough to cause harm. I used to buy three packs and when I opened them I thought the amount of oil had changed. Although it doesn't look like it, they contain the same amount of oil as three 20ml packs. What has changed is the design of the bottles. The new ones are shorter and thicker and actually fit better on heating pads. They're also lighter, which solves a problem I had: if the socket isn't tightened enough, they can sometimes come loose and stop working. Basically, on older bottles, the glass was much thicker at the bottom. The new design is much better.
