good reliable belt in accessories
easy to adjust the pretension of the belt. holds securely, it's flexible so it moves with you, making it suitable for activities like golf and even hiking. not easy to adjust when you wear it, but by trial and error you will get what you like. I can't tell the 2019 version from the 2018 version.
