I ordered this device and received it on time. It didn't seal around the valve stem to get accurate tire pressure readings, and whatever pressure was set in the block wouldn't hold up, leaked. I sent it back without any problems and received a second unit. This fits snugly on the valve stem but will not hold pressure and will leak without depressing the pressure relief valve. Low quality product. Now I'm asking for a refund. However, the return amount shows 0 for some reason
