Hm. I expected it to be at least "good " quality! :(
I've bought these in the past. They were fine. This time they weren't wrapped or anything. Most had a canvas print. I think it can be painted over. The edges were rough too .It's just some printed cardboard left over from something else.Someone just cut out the circles with some sort of cutout.If they're for kids or you're not too concerned about the quality then they might be ok for you If you plan to use this to create a project to present or give as a gift, don't take them!
