3.5 stars edit: We've had this monitor for almost 1.5 years. While customer service has always been helpful, the monitor fails again. No more chargers. When I plugged it in and started charging, it told me both cameras were out of range (they weren't). I think for the price it was worth it and my kids are outgrowing the need for a monitor but I would choose a different brand in the future. I would find one that is a bit more user friendly where I don't have to worry about the charger stopping working. Edit: Customer service is excellent. They respond quickly and are very knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and friendly. They care enough about your customer satisfaction and the integrity of their products to find solutions that work. up to 5 stars. Edit: Deducting a star because we've had this monitor for about 5 months now and the battery life is already declining. I followed the instructions (only charging until the battery was full and only plugging it in after the low battery flashes) but it seems to be dying faster every day. The charger no longer fits and after charging all night it died almost immediately after I unplugged it this morning. Great product, great price, great customer service. A little less comfortable to use than some monitors I've used in the past, but all functions work as described. The temperature is accurate which gives us peace of mind as we have children in two separate bedrooms on a different floor than us. Split screen is great. Image quality and night vision are excellent. I'm a bit worried about the long-term battery life and long-term performance of the product. only 4 days. One of our cameras is not working properly but has contacted the company and they are sending a replacement. I can't get the camera angles right and I wish it had a pan option but overall it gets the job done and you can't beat the price! Very happy with it and would definitely recommend it. Will update once we have it longer.
