Initially the problem with triggers was that they weren't sensitive enough and wouldn't click when you tried to click them, after a week they became so sensitive that they would even if you weren't touching them were working randomly when you watch Netflix. Similarly, after a week of use, the circle button will randomly behave as if it had been pressed, even if the controller was not touched.
