Exactly as shown and fits perfectly. Adjustable side drawstrings allow it to be worn on a wide variety of body shapes and on jackets of almost any size. The only downside I found is that the front external pockets are too short. In fact, they are so short that they are practically useless. I have another vest like this but the same pockets are deep enough for quick access to your keys, COVID mask etc. Don't plan on using these pockets for anything on this vest, although there are plenty of useful internal pockets inside. It's also a great riding vest, keeping you a little warm, allowing riding patches to be sewn on, and adding extra protection.
