These pots and pans don't live up to their bold claim. I realize this review is late and I really should have said something sooner, but I didn't. If you're using regular non-stick cookware, you're fine. I trusted their "Add" campaign as it is durable, scratch resistant and can be used with metal utensils. Boy was I wrong to do it. The first signs of use were already visible in the first month. I stopped using metal and went with traditional non-stick cookware. It was too late. then the coating kept peeling off, which you can now see in the photos I provided (you can tell which pans I use the most). As for the pan itself. They are very strong and durable, will not deform in all this time. I never put my pans on them so I can't tell you how well they do. In general, they work, but don't expect miracles, trust your instincts.
