Terrible sound quality and slight input lag

I received the product last night and I was ready to play with friends, but after I connected my headset (new Astro a40) that's on my other controller worked perfectly, the sound quality was very poor and my friends didn't even hear me, maybe just a broken device, but I wouldn't recommend this product
