So I just used it.1) The recharger batteries are new and therefore probably are charged already.I would never know.2) The device shows green whenever you plug a battery into it. Then it turns off after charging is complete.If you take a completely charged battery out and put it back in, the light goes back to green until the charging cycle ends and the green light goes off.So no way of telling if you are over charging the battery.I put the battery in my Walkie talkie… which is why I got rechargeable batteries, and the battery is fully charged and works well.Not excited about this device. Leaves to much guessing work. Buying a battery reader to tell me if my battery is fully charged.3) Brought the battery reader. Brought new batteries to recharge. Let it sit over night. The battery reader reads the same. It appears to recharge nothing. Going to let it sit for another few hours. Will post photos.
