Review on Smartphone Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro 6/128 GB Global, 2 SIM, Mineral Gray by Stanislaw Dwojak ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A very high-quality product, I take it not for the first time.

In general, I am satisfied with the phone. It has a lot of its advantages (for example, smoothness), from which its disadvantages grow (for example, weight). It seems to me that this is a kind of Xiaomi experiment, they made the phone no better and no worse than the imaginary RN8Pro on snap, but simply set priorities differently. That is, they gave an alternative to look at the reaction. If you don’t want amoled and need NFS, you can take it. By the way, out of the box NFC in the 2022 may not work, then just change the "location of the security element" to HCE.

Pros
  • : Everything that I wrote below is true, but it is valid only for androyd 9. After ating to 10, a number of problems appeared. See disadvantages. 1) Speed and smoothness of work. The phone has 6 energy efficient cores and 2 productive (not 4 + 4) + aggressive scheduler + fast memory. Because of this, the phone runs very smoothly, loading applications and switching between them is noticeably faster than on the same Mi 9 Lite. For all tests, incl. in toys (except for tanks), the phone outperforms analogs by 710 snaps, even with throttling. And due to the powerful graphics accelerator, it can even compete with the 730 in non-processor-dependent games (see the Rozetked technical review). 2) Camera. Compared with stock Redmi Note 7. In auto mode, 8ka gives a more detailed picture and more natural colors. Especially in poor lighting. With HDR turned on, the result is about the same. Shirik and macro in poor light are very soapy. The front camera at 8ki is a cut above. We also compared the video recording at the concert. In terms of detail and color reproduction - about the same. At 8ki, stabilization works perfectly when recording fullHD. And most importantly - 8KA WRITES SOUND NORMALLY. 3) Good screen with high density (looks as cool as fullHD at 5 inches), wide color range and good margin of brightness. Might be a little cold. The roundings are done very carefully. 4) The external speaker is not louder than the redmics of previous generations, but the sound is more voluminous and bassist (there is a large speaker module in the case). 5) Really powerful wi-fi antenna. I even have one division more in the far corners of the apartment than on RN7. 6) The kits include a very thick cover, transparent, with small specks. It sits very tightly on the phone (much better than the misunderstanding that was put with RN7). 7) Beautiful, well assembled, inside a metal frame and rubber seals around the connectors (not glued). The lid is firmly glued on. 8) Pleasant to the touch and lightning-fast scanner.
Cons
  • . After the ate, there were micro-lags. When you pick up your phone for the first time, you probably won't notice them. But after many months on android 9 it catches the eye. And the most important thing. NFS began to sometimes turn off spontaneously. Rebooting the phone helps. Judging by w3bsit3-dns. Com, this is not a problem for everyone, but it is quite widespread. And there is no solution yet. If NFS is important to you, then I would not recommend this phone until the problem is fixed. 1) Weight. I intuitively hold the phone (any) with my little finger from the bottom when I type. So from RN8Pro for a few days my joint ached. The phone is really heavy, even compared to RN7. In my opinion, this is the main disadvantage. 2) Cooling. No, for domestic use, the phone is not at all hot and discharges no faster than other redmi. But technically, the handset is placed directly under the battery and is too close to the screen. 3) Auto brightness. He works very actively and constantly strives to turn down more than necessary, especially in the evening with artificial lighting. 4) Sound in headphones. Not impressed at all in stock. With the help of a third-party equalizer, I was able to squeeze out a decent sound and I think there is still potential. But it is not much better than on R4Pro, and quieter by 15 percent. Manipulations with the region do not give a noticeable effect. 5) Navigator. When starting (especially indoors), the coordinates are first determined correctly, but then the mark can start to be thrown from side to side within a radius of up to 100 meters. If you start moving, it falls into place (meter error 2). In general, the standings, it was just better on the snap (I think I would not have paid attention at all if I had not read the reviews).
