Update March 2021 One of the sleeve zips broke. This is a zipper that goes just below the elbow to the sleeve cuff. Disappointing. I don't see any way to fix this. Is there a guarantee? Almost two years have passed. This is not the zipper itself, but a bar to open and close it. The zipper itself still works well, but there's nothing to grab to open and close it. Surprising as the zips in general seem very good and durable. June 2019 I've had the jacket for a few days now. I like it, but it has one significant design flaw: the collar closure is on a BIG, QUEEN, METAL latch. Where is this lock located? Well, when the collar is closed and latched, this large piece of metal sits just above your larynx (or larynx or Adam's apple. Whatever. I'm not a doctor. Sue me). In an accident, it could just crush your larynx/Adam's apple/voice box. I don't want to ruin the jacket, but I'm considering removing the metal fastener and replacing it with velcro. Are you listening Joe Rocket? Joe? Joseph? UPDATE: I've had the jacket for almost two years. I get compliments on this jacket all the time. The whole time. I'm glad I have the yellow one. All of my decisions centered around safety. When I first got my bike and started riding it, I immediately had a minor accident and didn't wear this jacket. Never again. I never drive without one. It's damn hot in the summer. The air is not complete. It's damn hot in winter. Absolutely windproof.
