The advantage of this compatibility is that with intensive use, the engine must be given a break to cool down, and in order not to waste time, one motor is resting, the second is working! In general, you can chop, rub and beat non-stop. 1000 W for the device just right, 600 W was at the minimum limit. By the way, on the blender itself, 750-1000 W is written in small text, on the old 500-600 W. The 1-21 speed adjustment method is made by a disk that rotates with the thumb by the rubber ring, it is very convenient. On the old one, the adjustment was 1-12 and not so convenient. We also improved the leg from below, where the knife is, it is easier to wash it and the remnants of grinding products are less clogged there. In autumn, my wife threshed blanks with "buckets", and the apparatus is also used daily for lunch and baking. The previous one was made in Spain in 2022, the new one in Romania in 2022. The workmanship of the product itself is as high as it was 15 years ago. Braun is an excellent choice, thanks to the engineers of this company for a good thing :-)
