Great customer service and product experience

I like that we have been able to build strong relationships with our customers through their website experiences while also being very responsive when they need us for support outside of those times as well! Nothing at this time but would love more focus put into emailing new prospects/customers who are not currently using or visiting DC's web sites vs only sending them emails from clients via MailChimp etc - It seems many companies do it differently these days so no real issue here yet though nothing negative either if you're doing things right :) Make sure your team understands how important an ongoing relationship between client & business can be by continuing after project completion too.

We were looking specifically during my tenure there around 2013-2016 mainly due to needing SEO services across multiple industries such healthcare / medical device manufacturers however still today continue working closely together now years later because its great having someone.

Pros
  • Very high quality customer service representatives
  • Great work ethic; always trying hard, willing workers all day long every single hour without fail regardless what shift is needed.
  • Flexible schedules available within most shifts (2x) which makes life easy since everyone has same schedule hours in order make appointments easier than others
  • Pay close attention towards details including even minor ones to ensure everything gets taken care
Cons
  • Nothing here
