The best thing about K2view is that it helps me in connecting with my customers even when they are away from their desk. I can send push notifications to them, view their activity on the website or the apps and get instant alerts for any updates or changes in their profile. I can also use the chat option to connect directly with my customers. Sometimes, the app freezes but overall it is very good. It provides excellent support and solves all my queries related to the product. So far so good. I will recommend this service if you want your customers to be connected with you even when they are out of office. We have been able to reach our customers even when they are not available via WhatsApp or sms.
