This cure (and every other "medicine" I've ever tried) can kill the aiptasia you see, but you'll never find the mall. That's why the kit is a small bottle and the refill is a 16-ounce bottle. Use this stuff to knock down the big ones and use peppermint shrimp or other Aiptasia eaters to wipe down the rest. Once you control them, the shrimp will be able to control them. Homemade sorrel concoctions also work, but you have to mix up a new batch each time or it will be crunchy the next time you use it. I like this product because the material in the bottle is a liquid but once it gets into the water in the tank it becomes more like a gel or paste.
