Review on Docupilot by Calvin Reynolds

It allows me to create forms that are edit able, have different sections for each section of my survey (which is great because I'm making them all at once) as well has being customizable! The customer service really needs some work but its not horrible either so it's hard too say which part was worse about their support team/customer experience since they're both pretty bad sometimes!! Overall though this software gets points just by having multiple templates available with customization options like ours do NOT exist anywhere else out there. We had our surveys designed within 24 hours from when we sent an email requesting one be created through docu pilot. ! This saved us tons time over creating everything ourselves via excel spreadsheet etc.. Our customers love how easy these questions make completing online questionnaires much faster than doing things manually using paper copies only. !! They also don't complain nearly ever anymore now after getting used haha :) No complaints here.
