Incorrect cable length and cable holder at the top of the carburetor is not installed correctly

The non-feed slide is shorter than when it was fitted, I could not pull the choke knob to the first notch. Throttle cable too long after cable installation, top cable below throttle hangs about 1 inch from bracket. Carburetor wire retainer and adjuster not installed properly. I tried to squeeze him closer but he didn't move.
