The ease to create workflows with inputs/outputs in different stages through variables or other such methods as we can do so without using macros-inbuilt tool. I prefer it over Visual Studio because its open source which you have complete control about modification whereas VS has more restrictions compared to this product (it doesn't support all major programming languages out there). Easy integration with MS Office tools like Sharepoint etc if required easily. Also easy deployment via agent mode which makes management much easier than visual studio integration approach where manual intervention was needed every time some code changes were made/uploaded from local machine onto central repository server by deploying agents. Deployment becomes simpler. The user interface can be very confusing at first but once you figure it out then its pretty good! I think there are some things missing in their product line; however they have many more tools than we need so hopefully this will grow with time as well!! It's great to use when your looking into BPM or trying new features/tools within an existing toolset like ours (Turbine).
