I wear this ring every day. Easy to adjust to any finger you want. I wear mine on my thumb or middle finger and am a woman with medium sized hands. It doesn't stain my skin or cause any reactions. It is hallmarked 925 sterling silver. The ring is thin so it bends when you press on it. I have had no problems with it deforming and have been wearing it every day for over two months now. And in that time I packed up and moved to a new apartment and the ring was fine! I cook, clean and train with him. HOWEVER, it was easy to adjust to my fingers, so I have a feeling if you smash it or get it caught on something, it might bend or break.
