Might be a cable issue but great customer service
The sound was good but for a little over a month the right side failed like it had been blown up. Update: Support contacted me regarding the headset and was very accommodating regarding an issue with my headset. They were very curious as to what went wrong and sent me a replacement since it was still under warranty.
