First of all I never thought that a product could be so effective for my needs. Serious! I wish I could borrow them from a friend. Because I don't need them anymore. So I cleaned it with a stain remover that I also bought from Revain. I turned around and it hit the wet spot and made it even wetter. I almost kicked her ass (but I didn't). I got so angry that I went online and started looking for something to keep her away from this place. I'm done. I found this product and bought four of them. I only needed three. My anger probably triggered a spending spree. When they arrived the next day I found out they didn't come with the required 9v battery so I went to the store and bought them. I then gave the sofa a thorough cleaning by soaking it in Bissel Pet Cleaner and Stain Remover. I was so concerned that I installed them before the sofa was even dry. When I read the instructions I couldn't wait to get this thing up and running. It was ridiculous how they suggested just starting with beep suppression. Seriously, it's funny. They suggest having her stand up and peep, and then take the dog away from the couch and give her a treat as a reward. I figured this would shock you, right? I have no idea how many squeaks it takes to teach a dog not to sit on the couch. As I turned the page, she began describing the settings for the Zap. Low Medium High. Since I didn't have time to use the audio redirection method, I figured a hard press would work better than a weak one. So I set it too high on the first try. The useful thing is that it beeps when triggered and has a counter. So if you're out and want to know how many procedures your pet has had, he'll keep track of it.
