Review on Turbo Forms by Ron Houston

Easy drag-and-drop interface for creating complex form layouts without writing code! We have been able to create custom surveys in minutes rather than hours of coding time. If we need more flexibility (e.g., additional fields), it's easy enough to add them after completing an initial survey design. I don't think there are too many downsides at this point - maybe that some features could use improvement / minor updates but those haven’t really become major issues yet either. Our clients love how quickly they get answers from us when asking questions through their online portal. This has helped increase customer satisfaction because customers know right away if someone will respond within 24hrs vs taking longer like other companies who take weeks or months before responding.
