Nice and easy to install. I used a jack, jack, socket wrench, torque wrench and flathead screwdriver to carefully remove the 2 corner plastic plates covering the 2 side screw holes. The clips slide out nice and easy and are reusable so you don't have to worry about buying new ones if you're careful. The instructions state that all bolts must be torqued to 40 pounds to ensure they stay nice and tight. I had a simple torque wrench that really helped make sure the bolts were tight enough. Overall nice and sturdy, well built, good looking, I even added a curt coupler plug.
