Wrap straps makes this luggage handle sleeve more secure

I ordered these for a long trip west as I didn't want to risk our ID foils coming off our luggage when roughed up by plane crew and they worked as promised. The badge holders didn't budge and even if they opened, the seat belt would have kept them in our luggage. In addition, thanks to their bright color, they were easily recognizable at the baggage turnstile. I am very happy with this purchase.
