absolutely DON'T UNDERSTAND why Revane asked me to rate "warmth" and "thickness" on the scanner! haha However, this thing (Epson ES-65WR) is a waste of money. Today I tried four times to call support. The first time I waited 15 minutes (when the record kept telling me my wait was 5 minutes) before hanging up. Called back and a non-English speaking man who answered fairly quickly hung up when he asked how my name was spelled - he couldn't even understand a few letters! Third time again waited more than 15 minutes before hanging up. Finally a man replied who was VERY rude and even asked why I even have a computer because I didn't understand everything he asked/ordered me when I was trying to figure out how to scan and save documents with it I could easily access it . mass failure. I should add that I have Doxie who has ABSOLUTELY fantastic customer service. Evidently Epson is back and Doxie is in the near future!
