Small but mighty on my review.

If you’re looking for a small powerful garlic/veg chopper, look no farther. I was hesitant given the amount of power it has but I tried it anyway because the price point can’t be beat. I’ve had it a week now and have used it multiple times. I purchased it mainly for mincing garlic. I just smash the garlic to remove the paper and within 3 seconds it’s perfectly chopped. Today I chopped baby carrots, celery, onions and garlic for a soup and it saved me so much time. The bowl is small, but it’s meant to do small jobs. I had to do about 6 batches to add to the soup but it took 3 seconds each - truly! The blade (3 blades on the shaft) just sits on top of a little notch on the bottom of the bowl - exactly like a food processor. The lid has notches to line up to the base to ensure proper placement. When it’s seated properly a blue light turns on on the top. Just push the button down and it starts. You must continue depressing the button for it to work. It comes partially charged right out of the box. I love that it’s rechargeable with an included android charging cord - you supply the charging box. It took just a couple of hours to fully charge. It claims to work for approx 40x before requiring a charge. I can’t attest to that but I have used it many times already and it’s still perfectly strong. I ordered the white and wish I had ordered the green. The white is an off white and appears dingy looking. No biggie, but it makes it look aged. For around $10 you can’t lose with this. The whole unit is small and the footprint is about the size of a coffee cup. It also comes with 2 blades which are very sharp. Cleanup is easy just washing the surface area of the top piece and submerging the bottom cup and blade in soapy water. The top is where the charging port is so it can’t be submerged. There is a flap covering the port when not in use. All in all I’m thrilled with this and it’s well worth the $ even if all you ever use it for is to chop garlic.

Pros
  • Very easy to use
Cons
  • The overall build quality feels cheap and may not hold up well over time
