Poor wall adapter design
The wall adapter is only held in place by friction and will come loose over time. If you orient it so that the wall adapter is on top, the weight of the main adapter may cause it to wobble and fall. Very frustrating. You either have to flip it or plug it into a side outlet. It had to be constructed with a locking tab or clip.
