The cat tower was very easy to assemble but I had a problem. When I lifted the tower to place it by our cat's favorite window, the base where the support/scratcher is located broke and fell off. The laminated MDF splintered into several pieces in the bolt hole. I was able to use Gorilla Glue to put it back together. In the meantime, the seller has approached me with offers and sent me a new tower in the same week. Really appreciate the fantastic service and customer care! (And my cat is happy.)
