I started out with these simple knives then eventually switched to these thick handle ones and really didn't like their bulkiness and also on condition I don't pill anything worth a small army , it's really overkill to have a handle other than this one for this simple tool. I love space, space is my friend and I don't have much of it in my kitchen. So when I find a tool that saves me some space, it immediately becomes a huge plus. It's super affordable and these knives NEVER need to be sharpened! This makes them perfect and very eco-friendly because you don't have to keep buying new ones as they never get bored. LOVE HER!
