I doubt it was new
The plastic packaging was DIRTY and cracked. It looked like it had been stored in someone's garage for 5 years. Black soot on everything, including the inside of the box. The containers inside were intact but dirty. I had to wipe each one before use. The actual product is fine but I'm wondering how and where it was stored.
