Although I've spent a lot of time in Japan, I've never come across these hot spring bath salts! However as we are unable to travel at the moment I really miss hot springs and was hoping to find something that could replicate the experience. It's not quite right, but it's still very nice. I have sensitive skin and a lot of allergies and have had no problems with them. The aroma is not overpowering either. It relaxes, smells nice, softens my skin and doesn't leave stains or dirt in the bathroom. I personally prefer the nigori/milk set for its smooth texture reminiscent of alkaline hot spring water. When I'm done I'll probably just buy this set again instead of the combo, but I really think anyone interested should get this combo pack first to see what they like best.
