I ended up buying it because all the wireless devices seemed to have a ridiculous problem with the audio message saying they were low on battery and shutting down. So little battery life AND they wake you up to tell you about it, so I figured these wired solutions would solve both problems. I had no issues with the cord, I was tossing and turning and not even noticing. They move a bit but if you don't attach them to your head I'm not sure how you're going to solve that. I only repeated it a few times a night. Used when sharing a hotel room with a friend who told me she snored. She was right! But thanks to them I was able to sleep. It's worth it. Oh I have to say that when I first opened them up and tried them on, one of the headphones had no sound. I thought they were broken and almost sent them back. But I went ahead and tinkered with it a bit, took out both headphones and put them back in, after that they worked. I have no idea what I did to "fix" it, but it never turned off again. So if you only hear sound in one earbud don't automatically send it back, a little tweak can turn it on.
