I ordered this vacuum cleaner for my wife on the DR, I placed the order in advance, half a month before the date, I received a notification that the goods would arrive exactly one day! before the required date, I strained of course, but I hoped for a service, but in vain . as a result, on the appointed day I receive an SMS that the goods are delayed, upon receipt they will answer me within 48 hours, but, of course, no one answered anything, I called, asked because of the delay, when the goods I bought would be, but I was fed with "breakfasts", they constantly apologized and promised a coupon for 200, which never came anywhere, if anything . In the end, after 4 days +/- they contacted me and promised to bring everything in 2-3 days, to which I reasonably asked the employee: "Are you sure you have this product in stock? Maybe a delay due to lack? If it's not there, we can cancel it, yes shall I look elsewhere? " - "No, everything is there! " - the employee recited. As a result: after 2 days I receive an SMS that my order was canceled for technical reasons! What other technical reasons? !? !? ! It’s just a terrible attitude if they immediately said: “Sorry, they lost the goods in the warehouse, they’re out of stock, we’re canceling the order” - I would have taken it normally, but they froze me for a whole month, then they drained me . the prices for this vacuum cleaner grew, and I you will have to buy it at a different price.
