I've had a Samsung Galaxy Book Flex 13 for a few months and I'm very satisfied. I have a desktop at work and needed the following in a laptop and this one fit the bill: compact, light and thin for travel; long battery life; Instant start of Windows; fast processor for multitasking (Outlook, QuickBooks, Excel, Firefox, etc.); good screen for video streaming (some stress free gaming); 3 USB-C ports is a plus. I was considering a Dell equivalent as I've been happy with Dell for years, but having a Samsung Galaxy phone and Samsung watch I need a trackpad with wireless charging for travel. And the design is also much nicer. I love writing/drawing notes on the iPad, but didn't want to take both my laptop and iPad with me when I travel. The inking/drawing and app feel on this Samsung is crazy for the iPad Pro 11. I didn't use pen gestures. First things first, I had to spend several hours updating Windows and Samsung drivers etc multiple times (download, reboot, install, reboot.) before everything worked smoothly. This solved the initial BT connection problems and increased CPU speed and battery life. I don't work on it 8 hours a day and I can't imagine anyone using such a small computer for that long at a time.
