I like it very much! Faux fur rarely looks as luxurious as real fur. Especially with children's clothing, most artificial things are obvious. But with this stole, everyone will want to touch it because they won't believe it's fake. He has such a luxurious, gentle look. I also appreciate that the ivory is not dark or yellowish. (The gray color isn't that convincing or pretty, but it's pretty good. If you like it, be sure to jazz it up with a sparkly brooch.) I really liked the starburst brooch and bought it separately from thetionbridal website. I contacted them and they shipped my two orders together at no extra cost for the brooch (they gave me a free shipping coupon code before I ordered on their website). They also rushed my order because we need it for an upcoming event and it arrived 2-3 days ahead of schedule. This leader has a hook at the ends that disappears as soon as you hook it. The brooch is used to make it a little smaller. I ordered a medium for 4 years and I see I could probably order a small but that way we can use it for a few more years. If you compare cape styles like I do (for a snow wedding) this will be by far the prettiest. I looked at boleros, jackets, capes, cloaks, scarves. I found the boleros and shawls too tight on the body and the curves on the chest just weren't appropriate for children. They also look so utilitarian as if they had no aesthetic purpose other than to warm the shoulders or to cover them out of modesty. On the other hand, jackets have sleeves, and even capes sometimes have sleeves, so they're a lot thicker and have to be very pretty to match the beauty of your dress, otherwise they really detract from the whole outfit. My other issue with the above is that the clasps are often of very poor quality, as is the ribbon you tie to close the bolero. You spend so much on a dress and all the accessories to wear a cheap ribbon that ties at the front and center. This stole/cape actually adds to the beauty of the dress and looks like part of an outfit, part of a performance, not just for utilitarian purposes.
