I don't like that the armrests that fit into the chair's holes (photo for your verification) are unprofessionally made - as you can see the holes look like a cardboard hole . At $100, this chair isn't worth $5,000, but it's not $19 either. This part should be of the best quality. The overall comfort is exceptional - I love the locking mechanism that helps keep my back straight while working at my desk and I love that I can unlock it to recline and rock. I'm a very busty 5ft 5in by XL / 208lbs and I LOVE that the seat has enough room for my butt! One of my dark black tops was bleeding onto the back of the seat; I freaked out, but was able to use a mild clear soap and warm water on a rag that wasn't heavily water-soaked to wash the black paint off - thank goodness it came off! So now I have a fluffy cloak on the back of my seat to avoid it again. It was really easy to clean! Overall I recommend this chair; I work on it 7 hour days a week and during the current pandemic it has been a great chair for this purpose since I bought it late fall of last year.
